What maintenance does a garden room need?Internally there is nothing to do but decorate and keep it spruced up. This is extremely easy with laminate floor and it you opt for between glass blinds. Externally, it depends on the individual setting and how much battering the weather gives it. This is true for every garden room, from every manufacturer, as the sun will naturally bleach timber, composite and upvc. Our doors and windows can easily be adjusted, if small tweaks are needed when the temperature changes, whilst the downpipes will need to be unblocked if debris makes it's way onto the roof and into the gutters. This is standard maintenance for every garden room, and regular checks, ensure only minimal maintenance time is required. Timber cladding will only need treating if the sun starts to change the colour dramatically, whereby either a clear or stain, will bring the brand new look back to your garden room, whilst giving it a waterproof coating.
